This is the first cloud policy update in seven years, offering a path forward for agencies to migrate to a safe and secure cloud infrastructure. A Skype for Business Online license must be assigned for each user. The 2019 Federal Cloud Computing Strategy - Cloud Smart - is a long-term, high-level strategy to drive cloud adoption in Federal agencies. Community means the community consisting of one or more of the following: (1) a Government, (2) a Customer using eligible Government Community Cloud Services to provide solutions to a Government or a qualified member of the Community, or (3) a Customer with Customer Data that is subject to Government regulations for which the Customer.
